NETTV Cine+ will be available on the main Home Screen below Movies section of NETTV Set top box whereas it will appear beside Live TV on top menu bar on NETTV App as well as NETTV web-TV. 

No, you will not be able to watch it on TV (Set-Top Box) if you purchase “NETTV Cine+” on the NETTV app. Also, the "NETTV Cine+" Content will be accessible on one screen at a time if you need an extra session, to view the contents on TV (Set-Top Box) the user will have to purchase the Prime Package.
